Dr. Al Mheiri completed her Ph.D. in Philosophy of Business in March 2022. Her Research topic entitled, “ Investigating the Impact of Organisational Culture and Leadership on Knowledge Sharing Behavioural Intention Among Employees in Organisations in the United Arab Emirates”. Her research has won two awards from the Ministry of Education 1. Young Emirati Researcher Prize in 2013, and 2. Younge Emirati Mobility Researcher Prize in 2015. Dr. Al Mheiri has over than 16 years of professional experience in the domain of Knowledge Management (KM). She joined Dubai Police during her internship and General Commander Dhai Khalfan Tamim was impressed by her achievements where she was invited on board to join Dubai Police as a head of unit in the Knowledge Management Department. Hanan worked for the Dubai Police for four years and won the second-best employee award in 2010. Dr Al Mheiri joined Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) in 2011 at the Knowledge Management Department. Dr Al Mheiri won the 1st Place at the internal Awards on Corporate Level in DEWA in the Specialized Category of KM in 2018. Dr. Al Mheiri leads a team of strong professionals and won collectively in various international awards for several work initiatives such as Share K. Recognition Program won the Anniversary Category at Ideas America in 2020. Further, she won the Best Program Administrator for managing Ma’rifa Collaboration Platform Gold Prize at Ideas America in 2020.
